Thunder Bay, ON — May 3, 2025 A 25-year-old Thunder Bay man is facing 16 serious criminal charges following carjacking, and a high-risk armed robbery involving a stolen vehicle on Memorial Avenue earlier this year. According to Thunder Bay Police (OPP), the incident occurred on February 19 around 5:45 a.m. The suspect allegedly approached a vehicle, threatened its occupants with a firearm, and fled the scene in the stolen car.
